How we work
Before writing code, we understand the real process: who does what, with which information and where it gets stuck. The result is a document describing what will be built and how it will behave — the project’s source of truth, which you approve before we start.
The software is built in functional pieces you can review and correct on real screens, not on promises. Adjustments happen along the way, when they’re cheap — not at the end, when they’re expensive.

The software doesn’t freeze after delivery. Minor adjustments are handled directly; new features go through a brief definition and are added as modules. Your system grows at the pace of your operation.

How much does custom software development cost in Chile?
It depends on scope. As a real DPAT reference: a simple dashboard with an API for data capture starts between CLP $3 and $5 million. Tools with more modules, users or integrations scale up from there. The definition phase sizes the exact cost before committing to development.
How long does it take?
A focused tool can be operating in weeks; a system with several modules takes months. The real timeline comes from the definition phase, not from a sales promise.
What happens after delivery?
The system enters evolution: we fix minor adjustments directly and new features are defined and added as modules. You’re not left alone with the software.
Custom or off-the-shelf software?
If your process is standard, off-the-shelf probably works and costs less. Custom software is justified when your process is part of your edge, or when off-the-shelf forces you to work the way the software wants rather than the way your operation needs.
Who owns the code?
You do. The source code stays in the client’s hands, in a repository you can access from day one.
