Corporate email on your domain
Corporate email uses your company’s domain — name@yourcompany.cl — instead of a generic Gmail or other free-provider account. At DPAT we manage it as a service: we create the mailboxes, get them working on your devices and take responsibility for your email arriving, without you having to administer anything technical.
What’s included
The accounts your operation needs — contacto@, ventas@, the team’s personal ones — with capacity matched to your usage.
Computer and phone: Outlook, Apple Mail, Spark, Gmail. We get it working with you, not with a generic instruction sheet.
Server-side antispam filtering and the technical setup that keeps your email out of others’ spam (SPF, DKIM). Getting the email delivered is the service; the rest is decoration.
We bring over your messages and contacts from the previous service, without losing history, before making the switch.
When something happens, you talk to whoever manages the service — not a call center.
How to sign up and pay
It’s a recurring service: you sign up once and it renews periodically. Clients manage their payments directly in our Client Payments portal. To sign up or get a quote for mailboxes for your company, write to us.
Who it’s for
- Your team writes from free Gmail accounts. The image you project isn’t the one of the company you are.
- You lost email or contacts when you changed computer or person. The mailboxes were personal, not the company’s.
- Your email lands in spam. The domain’s technical setup was never done properly.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Why email on your own domain and not free Gmail?
For image and for control. Writing from @yourcompany.cl gives the signal of an established company that a generic account doesn’t. And the mailboxes belong to the company, not the person: if someone leaves the team, the email and its history stay with the company.
Does it work with Outlook, Spark or the phone?
Yes. The mailboxes work with standard email programs, on computer and phone, and we do the initial setup with you. In our resources section we also publish step-by-step guides for each program.
Do I lose my email when I switch?
No. The migration copies your messages and contacts to the new service before the switch; the history stays complete.
How is the service paid?
It’s a periodic renewal managed online, in the dash.dpat.cl/pago portal.
What if I have a problem with the email?
You write to us directly and we solve it. Managing the service means taking responsibility, not passing you along.
